The Human Resources Department is a service-oriented team that supports the recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placing of Russellville School District employees. The department also manages employee relations, payroll and benefits, and professional development.

Starting Salary: $50,300 for a 190 day contract
RSD pays 15% of salary towards Arkansas Teacher Retirement System
9 sick days and 3 personal days are given at the beginning of the fiscal year, and sick and catastrophic banks are available. 30 extended sick days are given to certified employees.
$234.50 a month paid toward health insurance
